The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a high-volume, quality-led restaurant kitchen
- Understanding of flavour balance with a genuine passion for food
- Proven team leader with positive and calm leadership style
- Deep commitment to personal development
- Love for the hospitality industry and all things seafood
- High standards of food hygiene, health and safety
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English
