This unique venue is one of the coolest on Dublin’s social dining scene. Featuring a variety of eclectic, well-executed menus, they now seek a talented and creative Sous Chef to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of this very busy kitchen (can do up to 300 for dinner) and the delivery of a top-class food offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service.
- Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in menu development, bringing creativity and awareness of food trends.
- Ensure HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs to achieve their potential.
Candidate Attributes:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef with steady background in high-volume, quality restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Passionate about food, flavours, and global culinary trends.
- Calm under pressure, with excellent organisational skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
