Excellent opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager at this luxury Wicklow destination. 

This role is responsible for managing the large spa team, supervising all areas of the spa facilities and driving revenue by working with the Sales & Marketing team on creating a new spa menu and promoting their product ranges. 

The successful candidate will have at least three years' previous experience as Spa Manager within a four/five star hotel property, CIDESCO qualification an advantage, but not required. 

You must demonstrate excellent people management skills, with the ability to drive the team to top standards of service. You will also have good financial acuity and creative ideas on maximising sales and revenue.
