Luxury five star destination boasting serene spa oasis seeks a talented, polished Spa Manager to lead the team in delivering an unparalleled spa service to all guests.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of daily spa operations
• Managing a highly skilled team: recruitment, training, team culture, performance assessments
• Effective financial administration: budgets, reports, pricing strategies
• Guest care: monitoring guest feedback, enhancing the guest experience, maintaining up to date knowledge of spa industry trends, products and services
• Quality control: quality assessments, ensuring adherence to H&S / Hygiene protocols

The ideal candidate:

• Seasoned hospitality manager with at least three years’ management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting, spa experience a strong advantage but not required.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Good IT proficiency, familiarity with spa software/booking systems an advantage.

Salary package includes pension, bonus scheme and assistance in sourcing accommodation.
