What You Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience as hospitality manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Spa experience a strong advantage, but not essential
• Inspirational leader with excellent communication and people skills
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of spa software systems a plus
