Job Title: Head Chef - Pan Asian Cuisine Speciality
Salary: €35,000 – €45,000
We are searching for an accomplished Head Chef who has a strong background in Pan Asian cuisine to join the team of this leading bar & restaurant in Dublin city with a new-concept.
Head Chef responsibilities include managing the team and menu production of this new concept in a busy venue in Dublin City.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Pan Asian cuisine including food styles like Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese.

- Create a rich and diverse asian themed menu,
- Manage food prep activities,
- Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies,
- Prepare appetisers, soups and salads that are close to the philosophy of Asian cuisine,
- Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed,
- Recommend new, modern recipes, and be innovative,
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
- Work experience in a Head Chef position, specialising in Asian cuisine,
- Ability to work both fast and accurately,
- Adopt and nurture team spirit,
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
