Job Title: Wedding and Events Coordinator - Leinster

We have an amazing opportunity for one lucky person to join the team of this exceptional 5 Star Hotel renowned for producing high quality weddings for the brides and grooms of Ireland and beyond. This role involves coordinating the finest details of each bride and grooms special day. You will be the point of contact right up to the day itself. Responsible for developing and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Representing the company at trade shows and other events in a professional manner.

In order to be successful in this role:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Wedding / Event Coordinator (4 /5 Star Properties)
  • Previous experience of Opera is an advantage
  • Will have the ability to be a quick learner and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Will have a friendly positive attitude and the ability to lead by example
  • Must be fluent in English both oral and written
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Be committed to delivering exceptional service
  • Strong negotiation and sales ability
