Wedding Coordinator

This luxury wedding property is hiring an experienced Wedding Coordinator with a strong sales background to promote their venue and ensure the delivery of top-class weddings. This role requires an excellent understanding of the wedding process from booking through to on-the-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales and event process, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with wedding couples, event organisers, and internal operational managers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain high standards within the Sales & Events department, ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
- Contribute to sales efforts by converting enquiries into bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
- Assist with on-the-day coordination of weddings and events as needed.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous Wedding Coordinator / Event Executive experience within a four or five star hotel / venue environment.
- Sales and target-driven.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong administration and IT skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a natural communicator with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst delivering a quality service simultaneously.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Flexibility with work schedule (ie weekends as required for events or showrounds).
