My restaurant experience started at L'Ecrivain and I also worked at The Fat Duck under Heston Blumenthal before working with The Merrion Hotel and opening Saison Restaurant on Kildare Street, Dublin.
I have a B.S.c in Culinary Entrepreneurship from DIT and a distinction in Wine Studies, this education has helped me to develop my management career and before joining The Firm I was a General Manager with KSG.
I have two young children and I like to teach them the important things in life such as how to hold a knife and fork, carry a tray and how wine and cheese pairings work!
